Our gym offers a fitness class to help you get the body of your dream. We design our HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) fitness classes in a way to suit both beginners and experts. 

But what can you expect from our HIIT fitness classes? Read below to find out.

What Is HIIT?

HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training, and it is a workout mode that is fast and super-efficient. In HIIT, you perform intensive exercises that take no more than ten minutes. The catch is getting very little rest and working out at 90% of your maximum heart rate.

So, HIIT can be very demanding but highly rewarding. To easily measure the effectiveness of HIIT, you’re supposed to feel depleted for the whole class duration. 

Our gym has the facilities and trainers to help you get the most out of HIIT. We pair beginners with intermediates and professionals to help them reach the desired fitness level. 

But don’t let that scare you. HIIT might be demanding and challenging, but it’s well worth sacrificing ten minutes to achieve a high-performance fitness level. 

Here is how we do a HIIT fitness session.

Start Phase for fitness classes (HIIT)

We start with a light stretch to prepare members for the high-interval exercises. Then, during the start phase, we tell members what exercises we’ll be doing for the day.

The trainer is in charge of the exercises and picks them based on the group’s preference. For example, if the group consists of more beginners, the trainer will separate the class into two. The beginners will work on separate, less intensive exercises. The more experienced members can handle more intensive exercises and train for more extended periods. 

Beginners train for ten to twenty minutes, while pros can go up to forty minutes. 

Recovery Phase for fitness classes (HIIT)

Even if HIIT involves training in high intensity, members will still get a chance to rest between exercises. During the recovery or rest phase, we will switch to a lower intensity between each exercise. The recovery phase will also vary in time depending on the group’s preparedness.

Beginners will get more time to rest and recover, while pros will be more eager to train and have less time. 

What Are the Benefits Of HIIT?

HIIT is highly beneficial for your health and building your dream body. It is particularly useful for getting you to peak fitness levels and helping you lose weight. Here is how our members benefit from our HIIT fitness classes.

Burning Calories

The ultimate goal of HIIT is to shred fat and burn excess calories. Experts say that HIIT burns 25 to 30% more calories than any other form of fitness exercise. This is due to the nature of HIIT. With very little rest, maximum intensity, and performing multiple exercises, you burn calories to a crisp.

Where Can I Find HIIT Classes in Bali?

Our gym is the best place to sign up for HIIT. We have the best trainers to take charge of HIIT fitness classes, and our members are our biggest inspiration. 

We welcome beginners and pros to sign up for our HIIT program and enjoy the benefits of high-intensity interval training. In addition, we encourage new members to try HIIT and determine if this type of fitness is right for them.

We also encourage members not to give up, as we acknowledge that HIIT might not be for everyone. But if you’re the sort of person that doesn’t like to train alone or dreds going to the gym, our HIIT fitness class is the perfect opportunity to meet new people and get healthy.

We offer several membership rates for our HIIT classes. You can sign up for six months, one month, one week, and day passes. We also offer a combo rate for HIIT and regular gym access.

Singing up to HIIT doesn’t give you access to our gym. The combo rate is the exception.
